Sr. Infrastructure Project Manager

You will lead complex infrastructure projects, ensuring delivery meets timeline, budget, and stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities

• Construct and manage project plans identifying critical paths, dependencies, milestones, and resource requirements.
• Conduct project kickoffs to align stakeholders on roles, responsibilities, and expectations.
• Manage project scope, risks, and issues, maintaining accurate documentation in PPM Pro, MS Project, or JIRA.
• Coordinate with external project managers to handle cross-dependencies and ensure timely functionality delivery.
• Establish collaboration channels, maintain project repositories, and oversee the project closeout process.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience coordinating and supporting IT processes and projects.
• Proven track record managing projects in Data, Integrations, Applications, Databases, Portals, or Platforms.
• Experience with Salesforce, ServiceNow, or similar enterprise platforms.
• Proficiency in project management tools including PPM Pro, MS Project, JIRA, and MS Office.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with business SMEs and technology partners.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Ability to manage resources and ensure optimal team composition for delivery.

Preferred Skills

• Financial or similar industry experience.
• Experience managing larger programs with additional PMO aspects.
