Description

You will design and produce training content for retail store associates and onboarding programs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Write training plans, including key learning points, video scripts, and reinforcement questions.
• Create detailed design documents and storyboards to translate information into training content.
• Develop training videos in Adobe Premiere Pro using b-roll, gathered assets, and AI voiceovers.
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to review and update training plans and videos based on feedback.
• Gather assets from marketing repositories and external sites to support video production.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in instructional design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro for video development.
• Experience developing training scripts and reinforcement questions.
• Experience working closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
• Experience creating voiceovers using AI platforms.
• Background in retail environments.
• Experience with micro-learning.
• Ability to provide design feedback and suggestions.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Axonify.
• Experience with Articulate Storyline.
