Description

You will lead the integration lifecycle from planning through closure, managing technical teams and architectural delivery.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Own integration requirements and coordinate with executive sponsors, stakeholders, and developers to manage timelines and milestones.
• Lead teams in producing architecture, design, code, tests, and technical documentation.
• Manage the release management process, including application deployments, system configurations, and internal upgrades.
• Direct major incident responses, maintaining control and de-escalating issues through technical investigation.
• Manage team operations by setting goals, triaging support tickets, coaching direct reports, and ensuring SLA compliance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of ETL development or project management experience using Boomi, Informatica, Talend, or Sterling Integrator.
• 3+ years of experience managing and growing teams responsible for enterprise integrations.
• 3+ years of experience leading technical cross-functional Agile/Scrum teams.
• 5+ years of practical system integration or business-related experience.
• Hands-on experience with Web API/Services using JSON and XML for real-time integrations.
• In-depth knowledge of relational databases and extensive experience with SQL scripting (TSQL, DDL, DML).
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Ruby for transformation requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Direct experience with Boomi.
• Knowledge of freight forwarding and warehouse applications.
• Experience within the Microsoft Development Stack.
