Description

You will design, develop, and support data engineering and integration solutions within the Oil and Gas domain.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop new data integrations, enhance existing code, and implement enterprise data patterns.
• Implement and maintain integration technologies to support business needs and technical roadmaps.
• Manage security architectures for custom integration applications according to IT security strategy.
• Gather requirements from business users to create compliant designs and assess impacts on existing application suites.
• Perform testing cycles, research integration issues, and resolve assigned ServiceNow help desk tickets.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of progressive data engineering and integration experience, including architect-level work.
• 5+ years of experience with SQL/NoSQL, Oracle (Tables, Views, Stored Procedures), and PostgreSQL.
• 3+ years of experience with Python, Java, or C#.
• 3+ years of experience using Git or similar version control systems.
• Expertise in cloud-native data systems using ETL/ELT and cloud warehouse technologies.
• Expert knowledge of Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Logic Apps, sFTP, and SSIS.
• Proficiency with web services including SOAP, REST, and Web APIs.
• Hands-on experience setting up and maintaining EDI and B2B integrations.
• Working knowledge of XML, XSLT, XSD, and XPath.

Preferred Skills

• Direct experience developing and supporting integrations within the Oil and Gas domain.
• Experience with Azure Databricks specifically.
