Description

Manage complex business processes and system design within the Inter-Plan program environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and apply BCBSA BlueCard processing and Inter-Plan Program policies to business workflows.
• Design and document desk-level procedures for business system solutions.
• Present complex technical findings and concepts to management, users, and other analysts.
• Facilitate training sessions to demonstrate new business systems solutions.
• Evaluate multiple business system platforms to ensure alignment with organizational processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
• Working knowledge of BCBSA BlueCard processing.
• Deep understanding of Inter-Plan Program policies.
• Strong technical analysis skills with a business perspective.
• Proven ability to document system design and business processes.
• Experience presenting complex ideas to management and stakeholders.
• Ability to work across multiple business system platforms.
