You will design and implement technology solutions for the global End-User community, focusing on modern desktop management and automation.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement technology solutions for the End-User community.
• Manage modern desktop environments using Microsoft Intune.
• Prepare and manage Operating System images for corporate use.
• Automate workflows using Azure Runbooks and Microsoft Graph API.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Desktop Engineering or a similar discipline.
• Expertise with Microsoft Intune for modern desktop management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Configuration Manager (MCM).
• Experience preparing and managing OS images using Microsoft Windows Autopilot and Task Sequence in MCM.
• Strong understanding of Azure Runbooks.
• Experience utilizing the Microsoft Graph API for automation.
