Lead a team of engineers developing native iOS applications to solve complex business needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of developers by identifying technical solutions for business requirements.
• Mentor agile teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of efficient software solutions.
• Manage production issue triage, prevention, and technical release management support.
• Perform research and development for POCs and new customer interaction ideas.
• Recruit, mentor, and retain high-quality engineering talent.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of mobile development experience using Swift, Kotlin, or other mobile languages.
• Strong proficiency in Swift/iOS and Kotlin.
• Experience with MR/VR and AR technologies.
• Experience with one or more: Natural Language Processing, Computer Vision, Reinforcement Learning, Recommendation Systems, Audio Processing, or GenAI.
• Working knowledge of AWS or Azure.
• Experience with visual design tools such as Figma.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent engineering discipline.
• Practical understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Ability to present technical concepts to technical audiences.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, or Java.
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks like Angular JS or React.
• Familiarity with building and integrating GenAI and ML models.
