Description

Design and build the next generation of the Search platform for a large-scale native application.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build new search features for the iOS application.
• Own and fully develop end-to-end features within the iOS application.
• Mentor other specialists to improve team technical excellence.
• Advocate for improvements in code quality and engineering processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute well-defined tasks in an agile environment.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience designing, building, and releasing large-scale native apps in a distributed global environment.
• Proven expertise with Swift on iOS.
• Experience working on systems with an extraordinarily large customer base.
• Experience with TDD, pair programming, and code reviews.
• Focus on designing features with testability as a prerequisite.
• Share technical knowledge with the wider mobile engineering organization.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Combine, Git, and GitHub.
• Experience working within Scrum methodologies and Agile teams.
