Description

You will lead requirements gathering, business process mapping, and system design documentation for IT projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate meetings with customers and technical teams to define and document requirements.
• Perform business analysis, process engineering, and procedural writing.
• Apply SDLC methodologies, including Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile, to blend approaches for project success.
• Translate customer needs into logical data models, database structures, and programming specifications.
• Manage competing priorities in a changing environment with strong attention to detail.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in business analysis, requirements solicitation, and documentation.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as SharePoint and MS Project.
• Deep knowledge of the System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and quality assurance techniques.
• Strong facilitation, negotiation, conflict resolution, and presentation skills.
• Ability to read and interpret logical data models and database specifications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of ETL processes and relational databases.
• Experience with Healthcare Information Systems, such as disease surveillance systems.
