Description

Lead technical analysis and documentation for multiple concurrent IT projects, defining requirements and ensuring cross-functional alignment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage three or more concurrent projects, driving technical requirement definition and documentation.
• Maintain project requirements, user stories, and dashboards to track ongoing progress.
• Interpret and analyze project results in close collaboration with Project Managers and Subject Matter Experts.
• Identify and ensure inclusion of all relevant technical groups, such as Data Transfer, Firewall, and QA, in the requirements process.
• Translate complex technical needs into actionable requirements for Project Managers.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in IT or similar technical roles.
• Proven experience functioning as a Business Analyst or Project Manager.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying and data analysis.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data mapping or API mapping.
• Experience within the Financial Services or Banking industry.
