You will act as a Senior IT Business Analyst, translating business needs into technical specifications and owning the requirements lifecycle.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements for IT solutions.
• Translate complex business needs into detailed technical specifications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
• Document functional and non-functional requirements.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience in IT business analysis.
• Expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency using JIRA for tracking and workflow management.
• Strong SQL querying and database skills.
• Experience with Qlik or Tableau for data visualization.
• Ability to design UI/UX dashboards.

Preferred Skills

• Pharma commercial data experience.
