Description

You will lead the design, development, and optimization of business applications using the Zoho suite.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and customization of Zoho applications including CRM, Creator, Books, and Desk.
• Architect and implement complex workflows, automation, and integrations using Deluge and REST APIs.
• Integrate Zoho with third-party platforms such as ERPs, payment gateways, and analytics tools.
• Optimize existing Zoho implementations for performance, scalability, and usability.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior developers.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Zoho applications and Deluge scripting.
• Strong expertise in Zoho CRM customization, automation, and reporting.
• Proficiency with RESTful APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations.
• Solid knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL.
• Experience using Zoho Analytics, Zoho Flow, and Zoho Creator.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Zoho certifications such as Zoho CRM Certified Developer.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
