Description

You will design, deploy, and maintain enterprise Microsoft infrastructure and virtual desktop environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage Citrix VDI environments, including global-scale migrations.
• Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, and GPO in multi-site settings.
• Manage Microsoft O365 and on-premises services including Exchange, SharePoint, and Project.
• Resolve complex technical hardware and software issues as a Tier 3 escalation resource.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of IT engineering experience.
• Extensive Citrix XenDesktop experience within the last 2-3 years.
• Hands-on experience with Citrix ADC/NetScaler (SDX, MPX, or VPX series).
• Proficiency in PowerShell and MS Exchange Cmdlets for automation scripting.
• Advanced Windows Server administration (2016/2019) and Active Directory management.
• Experience managing O365 cloud migrations and hybrid environments.
• Familiarity with NAS/SAN storage, replication, and load balancing.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing SQL Server and enterprise-scale SharePoint migrations.
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN technologies and disaster recovery planning.
