Description

You manage IT operations escalations, support executive stakeholders, and maintain enterprise infrastructure across Windows, Mac, and Linux environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary escalation point for complex IT incidents and coordinate resolution within the team.
• Support 70+ corporate executives and dispatchers with high-priority technical assistance.
• Generate weekly and monthly KPI reports using Zendesk ITSM to track trends and service improvement.
• Monitor Slack, MS Teams, and email channels to ensure rapid response to user issues.
• Deploy and maintain security tools, manage image deployments via SCCM, and handle purchase order approvals.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise IT operations.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and Windows PKI.
• Proficiency with SCCM for deployment and management across Windows, Mac, and Linux.
• Experience troubleshooting physical workstations, laptops, and printers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for reporting to management.
• Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English.

Preferred Skills

• Experience participating in on-call rotations as an IT Operations Team Lead.
• Ability to analyze survey feedback to improve support tools and user experience.
