You manage and scale IT operations across multiple pillars, owning incident response, change management, and service delivery adherence.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Establish operational roadmaps, OKRs, and capacity plans for EUS, Systems, Endpoint, and Digital Workplace.
• Own incident response, change management, and overall service delivery model adherence.
• Build and scale IT teams within a growth-oriented environment.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and prioritize operational demands.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of IT operations experience, including 3-5 years in leadership or management.
• Strong grasp of ITSM frameworks (ITIL) with direct experience implementing principles for incident and change management.
• Hands-on familiarity with identity management tools like Okta or Entra.
• Experience with endpoint management tools.
• Direct experience using collaboration tools: Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Miro, Notion, and Atlassian.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOC2, FedRAMP, and CMMC.
• Proven ability to manage complex operational workflows.
