Description

You will travel to various US locations to resolve diverse technical issues and provide on-site support.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Travel to multiple sites across the US to provide on-site technical assistance.
• Provide at-the-elbow support for Windows and Mac hardware and Microsoft Office applications.
• Manage and troubleshoot mobile devices including Apple iPhone, iPad, and Google Android within a Microsoft 365 environment.
• Act as remote hands for network and firewall maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Communicate directly with users to resolve technical situations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional IT experience.
• Microsoft 365 administration and support.
• Microsoft Office application troubleshooting.
• Windows OS deployment and support.
• macOS hardware and software support.
• Mobile Device Management (MDM) for Apple iPhone, iPad, and Android.
• Basic networking and firewall hardware assistance.
