Responsibilities

• Manage IT workstreams during M&A activities.
• Own project delivery timelines and technical integration milestones.
• Coordinate between technical teams and business stakeholders for seamless transitions.
• Lead complex technical projects from initiation through closure.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in IT Project Management.
• Direct experience managing M&A (Mergers and Acquisitions) IT integrations.
• Proven track record of leading complex technical projects.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
