Description

Own the stability and flow of production systems, ensuring applications execute as designed.

Responsibilities

• Research and resolve complex technical problems or data discrepancies reported by clients.
• Maintain and upgrade corporate systems while documenting overall system architecture and functionality.
• Collaborate with development staff to create and implement production schedules.
• Manage technical and non-technical issues from internal and external customers via a ticket queue.
• Maintain scheduled jobs and update user documentation as required.

Required Skills

• 4 years of experience with IBM Sterling B2Bi/PCM.
• 2 years of experience working within a ticket queue with defined SLAs.
• Experience maintaining scheduled jobs in high data flow environments.
• Knowledge of file encryption software including PGP and GPG.
• Proficiency with AIX, Linux Server, and UNIX environments.
• Experience with SQL.

Preferred Skills

• 2 years of experience with Tidal TWA or Progress Messageway.
• 2 years of experience with UNIX/Linux administration, SFTP, and FTP server administration.
• 2 years of experience in Unix scripting and maintaining scheduled services.
