You will lead organizational change management and data governance initiatives to drive technology adoption and compliance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement learning and development plans for major IT projects, including success metrics, timelines, and resistance management strategies.
• Create comprehensive OCM strategies for data governance, encompassing program branding, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
• Develop instructional web and media-based materials such as training modules, job aids, knowledge articles, and video demonstrations.
• Execute stakeholder outreach plans through town halls, focus groups, and usability studies to ensure community readiness.
• Manage communication strategies across ServiceNow, OneTrust, and Microsoft Teams to engage the data governance community.

Required Skills

• 4-6 years of experience in organizational change management or data governance.
• Proficiency in Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, and Vyond.
• Experience developing instructional content for online, hybrid, and in-person formats.
• Advanced multimedia development skills, including video and interactive web content.
• Proven ability to design training modules, job aids, and knowledge articles for diverse learning styles.
• Experience executing change management strategies focused on technology transformations.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

• Experience working in a higher education environment.
