Description

You will direct multiple complex IS projects and manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, with a focus on security initiatives and technical translation for stakeholders.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Assemble project teams and assign individual responsibilities to ensure timely delivery.
• Develop project schedules and coordinate all necessary resources for completion.
• Plan and organize unit work to align with organizational objectives.
• Translate technical or complex concepts into user-friendly language for stakeholders.
• Manage security-related initiatives, including NIST 800-171, CMMC, endpoint management, and endpoint protection.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of executive-level IT experience.
• 5+ years of extensive project and program management experience.
• Proven experience leading NIST 800-171 or Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) projects.
• Experience managing endpoint management, endpoint protection, and projected data projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Public Administration, MIS, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Effective verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Demonstrated ability to manage time, multitask, and prioritize work under changing priorities.
• Ability to collaborate closely with both functional and technical teams.
