Description

You will coordinate and drive small to medium-scale IT projects to completion.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple simultaneous, self-contained projects, including server migrations and network switch upgrades.
• Assist in managing large technical projects through planning, analysis, design, and implementation phases.
• Maintain detailed project plans, coordinate activities, facilitate meetings, and track issues to resolution.
• Create project documentation, including status reports, meeting notes, and customized release checklists.
• Monitor project progress, budget, and report status updates to management.

Required Skills

• Minimum of four years of IT experience, with three or more years in an IT project leadership role.
• Proven experience managing projects involving IT equipment at distributed field locations or operations facilities.
• Broad IT knowledge with proven experience in technical infrastructure projects.
• Experience working with Microsoft tools, specifically Excel, MS Project, and SharePoint.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Monday.com.
• Strong organizational, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to identify risks, critically evaluate issues, and manage priorities in a changing environment.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor of Science degree.
