Description

Own the stabilization and enhancement of Oracle ERP systems while managing global integration efforts for acquisitions and new product introductions in a high-tech manufacturing environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage ongoing Oracle stabilization, enhancements, and integration of acquired entities.
• Drive parallel NPI program support and ERP integration with a 50/50 split focus.
• Coordinate cross-functional global teams across U.S., Japan, and Asia entities.
• Translate ambiguous operational problems into structured, executable project plans.
• Utilize data analytics to drive operational decisions and measure tangible outcomes.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of direct experience in project or program management.
• Strong background in semiconductor equipment, high-tech, or capital equipment manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud implementations.
• Proficiency with SAP or comparable ERP systems.
• Proven track record managing cross-functional, global projects with operational impact.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across organizational boundaries.

Preferred Skills

• PMP certification.
• Experience in finished goods manufacturing with highly configured products.
