Description

You will lead IT integrations and manage the lifecycle of clinical applications and infrastructure initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Create detailed project plans, scope documents, and issue lists to track project progress.
  • Apply PMO policies and methodologies to define, test, and install IT clinical applications based on business requirements.
  • Act as a liaison between business departments, project committees, Information Services, and external vendors.
  • Mentor and train PMO team members and IT analysts.
  • Manage both purchased and in-house developed hardware and software applications.

Required Skills

  • 8-10 years of related work experience, including at least 7 years in formal Project Management.
  • 5 years of experience working in IT or with systems.
  • 2 years of experience using Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology.
  • Experience with healthcare clinical applications, support planning, and ongoing management.
  • Proven ability to organize and lead IT integrations.
  • Expertise in creating Business Requirements, Project Plans, and Project Schedules.
  • Hands-on experience with EHR, HL7, PACS, and Epic.
  • Knowledge of Infrastructure, Securities, and Desktop environments.
  • Bachelor's degree required.

Preferred Skills

  • Master's degree.
  • PMP Certification.
