You will lead IT integrations and manage the lifecycle of clinical applications and infrastructure initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Create detailed project plans, scope documents, and issue lists to track project progress.
- Apply PMO policies and methodologies to define, test, and install IT clinical applications based on business requirements.
- Act as a liaison between business departments, project committees, Information Services, and external vendors.
- Mentor and train PMO team members and IT analysts.
- Manage both purchased and in-house developed hardware and software applications.
Required Skills
- 8-10 years of related work experience, including at least 7 years in formal Project Management.
- 5 years of experience working in IT or with systems.
- 2 years of experience using Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology.
- Experience with healthcare clinical applications, support planning, and ongoing management.
- Proven ability to organize and lead IT integrations.
- Expertise in creating Business Requirements, Project Plans, and Project Schedules.
- Hands-on experience with EHR, HL7, PACS, and Epic.
- Knowledge of Infrastructure, Securities, and Desktop environments.
- Bachelor's degree required.

- Master's degree.
- PMP Certification.
