Description

You will manage moderate to high complexity IT projects, ensuring delivery on schedule and within budget.

Responsibilities

  • Own the project lifecycle by establishing schedules, objectives, priorities, and targets.
  • Act as the single point of contact for projects and manage communication with stakeholders, internal customers, and upper management.
  • Develop and deliver complex business case presentations and project documentation, including design documents and system test plans.
  • Mitigate risk proactively by researching business and technical issues to identify improvements.
  • Manage outside vendors and consultants to ensure all contracted deliverables are met.
  • Oversee project portfolio tracking and report on risks, costs, issues, and performance.

Required Skills

  • At least seven years of related experience including project scheduling and customer service.
  • Proven experience managing projects involving ERP systems.
  • Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies, phases, techniques, and tools.
  • Acute knowledge of program and portfolio management processes.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Project, Word, and Excel, and SharePoint.
  • Strong ability to lead multi-discipline teams and solve complex problems through data analysis.
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.

Preferred Skills

  • PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification.
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud or Microsoft Field Dynamics.
  • Degree in Technology or Business.
