Description

Lead end-to-end migration of on-premises Oracle Data Warehouse to Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and manage large enterprise projects with multiple stakeholders.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple projects to ensure successful conclusion and adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Lead the modernization of Oracle, PL/SQL, and data warehouses using BigQuery, Dataflow, and DataStream.
• Define user requirements, deliverables, approvals, and team roles and responsibilities.
• Develop, monitor, and maintain project plans using Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
• Mentor intermediate project managers and communicate status to management and stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in IT Project Management and IT digital transformation.
• Strong knowledge of the information systems development life cycle (SDLC).
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Oracle, PL/SQL, BigQuery, Dataflow, GCP, and Data Warehouses.
• Ability to translate technology terms and explain SDLC concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven track record working on State of Indiana large software projects is desired.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
