Description

Manage program scheduling, data tracking, and project deliverables for multiple initiatives.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Maintain integrated program schedules and track activity milestones using project management tools.
• Develop and coordinate key project deliverables including PMF, SDLC, and Agile frameworks.
• Manage RAID logs, key activity statuses, and project SharePoint sites.
• Prepare status reports and dashboards for Core, IT, PMO, and Steering Committee meetings.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure service delivery meets execution milestones and funding estimates.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• 3-5 years managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with PMF, SDLC, Agile, and SharePoint.
• 3-5 years of experience in oral and written communications.
• 3-5 years of experience taking initiative and working independently.
• 0-2 years of experience coordinating with vendors.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects and vendors for validated solutions.

Preferred Skills

• 0-2 years of experience with GXP System Validation or 21CFR Part 11.
