Description

You own the execution and delivery of IT projects using established governance and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Apply project management skills to deliver projects on time and within budget while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Manage medium-to-large teams, coordinating both on-site and remote resources.
• Establish and maintain a continuous risk management strategy, ensuring proactive decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
• Track progress against the Master Program Plan and communicate status regarding resources, schedule, and stakeholder management.
• Identify and pursue strategic business development opportunities to drive value within existing accounts.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of program/project management experience.
• Competency in Project Management and Change Management.
• Demonstrated ability in risk management and mitigation planning.
• Proficiency in tracking project health and articulating risks to executive leadership.
• Familiarity with PMI methods and IT PMO governance principles.
• Experience managing teams across on-site and remote environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing Agile projects.
• Experience managing offshore teams.
