Description

You will lead the implementation and integration of the PALM project across the enterprise with minimal downtime.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of integration and implementation of PALM across department programs.
• Develop project management plans, work breakdown structures, and requirements to control scope.
• Direct project schedules, resource estimation, and milestone tracking for timely delivery.
• Oversee budget planning, cost estimation, and procurement coordination.
• Execute risk management strategies, including qualitative and quantitative analysis and mitigation.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience managing IT projects.
• PMP certification.
• 7+ years of experience with FLAIR or similar financial systems infrastructure, including Chart of Accounts.
• Experience with PALM planning or implementation.
• Knowledge of Florida Information Technology Project Management and Oversight Standards (Rules 60GG-1.001 through 60GG-1.009, F.A.C.).
• Knowledge of ISO/IEC 20000 IT Service Management.
• Proficiency with Microfocus PPM.
• Proficiency with Smartsheet and MS Office 365.
• Experience creating process flow documentation using Visio diagrams.
• Proven ability to work with developers to remediate or replace Agency Business Systems.
