Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex, enterprise-wide IT projects and cross-functional initiatives.

• Drive governance for mainframe workload and stability forums, including agendas, action items, decisions, and follow-ups.

• Coordinate with mainframe, DB2, infrastructure, application, operations, engineering, and vendor teams.

• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and action items while ensuring timely resolution and escalation.

• Prepare executive-level status reports, dashboards, summaries, and decision logs.

• Improve operational processes, accountability, reporting, and governance.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technical project management, IT operations, infrastructure, or enterprise technology programs.

• Strong experience with cross-functional technical teams, risk/issue management, governance, and executive reporting.

• Experience with mainframe, DB2, infrastructure, production support, or mission-critical environments.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience with tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, SharePoint, Teams, Excel, or PowerPoint.

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Systems, Health Informatics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)..

• Ability to successfully lead in a matrixed environment
