Lead operational planning, execution, and evaluation of multifaceted IT programs within a highly regulated federal environment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables in strict accordance with project charters and regulatory frameworks.
• Oversee all project resources, including subcontractors, ensuring compliance with security, data handling, and privacy standards.
• Develop and implement communication plans that ensure transparent and secure information sharing with stakeholders.
• Execute change control and risk management processes with a focus on safeguarding sensitive information.
• Provide daily technical and professional guidance to project teams to align efforts with strategic objectives.

Required Skills

• Proven experience managing complex IT projects, preferably in a senior capacity.
• Strong command of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Experience managing diverse project teams and coordinating subprograms.
• Familiarity with ReactJS, JavaScript, Java Spring Boot, and MongoDB.
• Ability to maintain a Minimum Background Investigation (MBI) clearance.
• US Citizen or Legal Permanent Resident (Green Card) for at least three years.
• Federal Tax compliant.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, IT, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• PMP certification.
• Active Moderate Risk MBI clearance.
• Master's Degree.
