Description

You manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles within the IT professional services sector.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates using niche platforms like Stack Overflow and GitHub.
• Execute database searches to identify talent based on specific client requirements.
• Write and post job descriptions, manage portal responses, and prepare candidate resumes to client standards.
• Maintain the candidate database and conduct background verifications on shortlisted profiles.
• Build relationships with recruitment vendors and liaise with clients to meet staffing goals.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT Recruitment or Professional Services resourcing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word.
• Strong ability to parse specialized technical skills and qualifications from resumes.
• Proven experience in lateral recruitment and talent management.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills for candidate briefing and vendor management.
• Ability to conduct exit interviews and administer company assessments.
• Experience in team leadership and team building.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in service procurement or managing recruitment vendor relationships.
