Lead end-to-end recruitment for IT Product Development teams.

You will partner closely with technical teams to understand requirements, execute proactive sourcing strategies, and collaborate with stakeholders to meet headcount goals.

Responsibilities

• Partner with IT Product Development teams to define and understand technical hiring requirements.
• Execute proactive sourcing and recruitment strategies to fill IT positions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive hiring success and meet specific headcount goals.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Proven track record recruiting for Product Development or Staff Augmentation environments.
• Strong sourcing and screening capabilities for technical roles.
• Effective stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent professional communication skills.
• Any Graduate degree.
