Description
You will lead onsite and offshore service partner teams to manage delivery activities for global, divisional, and local systems. You will own end-to-end support, monitor service level infractions, and drive continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Manage supplier communications and negotiations to obtain required solution designs and sizing.
- Oversee system operations, including conducting regular service reviews and auditing provider productivity.
- Interface with business users to define requirements, manage testing, and communicate incident status.
- Enforce IT process compliance with corporate, divisional, and local policies and audit standards.
Required Skills
- 13+ years of experience in IT, preferably within the healthcare industry.
- Proven experience in a management or leadership role.
- Deep expertise in SAP ERP environments, specifically SAP-SCM (Production Planning, Execution, Quality Management).
- Strong knowledge of SAP-PTP (Direct & Indirect Procurement, Accounts Payable), SAP-APO, and SAP-Ariba.
- Strong root cause analysis and problem resolution skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical ideas into clear business terms for senior leadership.
- Experience managing service providers and third-party delivery partners.
- Any Graduate degree in IT or a complementary business field.
