Description

You will lead onsite and offshore service partner teams to manage delivery activities for global, divisional, and local systems, owning end-to-end support and driving continuous improvement.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Manage supplier communications and negotiations to obtain required solution designs and sizing.
• Oversee system operations, including conducting regular service reviews and auditing provider productivity.
• Interface with business users to define requirements, manage testing, and communicate incident status.
• Enforce IT process compliance with corporate, divisional, and local policies and audit standards.

Required Skills

• 13+ years of experience in IT, preferably within the healthcare industry.
• Deep expertise in SAP ERP environments, specifically SAP-SCM (Production Planning, Execution, Quality Management).
• Strong knowledge of SAP-PTP (Direct & Indirect Procurement, Accounts Payable), SAP-APO, and SAP-Ariba.
• Proven experience in a management or leadership role.
• Strong root cause analysis and problem resolution skills.
• Experience managing service providers and third-party delivery partners.
• Ability to translate complex technical ideas into clear business terms for senior leadership.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP SRM.
