Description

Lead the end-to-end implementation and configuration of ServiceNow SAM Pro and HAM Pro modules. Customize applications and facilitate integrations with enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and configuration of ServiceNow SAM Pro and HAM Pro modules.
• Customize and develop ServiceNow applications and facilitate integrations with enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define ITAM requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to ensure effective use of ServiceNow ITAM solutions.
• Develop technical documentation and troubleshoot technical issues within the ITAM modules.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT Asset Management and ServiceNow development.
• Proven track record implementing ServiceNow SAM Pro and HAM Pro at multiple client sites.
• ServiceNow Developer Certification.
• ITAM ServiceNow Certification.
• Deep understanding of IT Asset Management (ITAM) principles.
• Hands-on experience with Software Asset Management (SAM) and Hardware Asset Management (HAM).
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading technical workshops for enterprise stakeholders.
• Background in multi-client ServiceNow implementations.
