Description

You will design, develop, and maintain IVR applications integrated with telephony systems and external services, ensuring seamless performance within the Genesys Cloud platform.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop IVR applications using object-oriented programming.
• Manage telephony system integrations using SOAP, VXML, SQL, XML, and REST protocols.
• Troubleshoot SIP-based VoIP traffic to ensure reliable system integration.
• Develop and manage speech recognition systems and grammars.
• Collaborate with IT, Customer Service, and Operations teams to maintain contact center systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IVR development, PBX architecture, and telecommunications network services.
• Expertise in Web Services Integration including SOAP, VXML, SQL, XML, and REST.
• Strong background in object-oriented programming for IVR applications.
• In-depth knowledge of SIP-based VoIP traffic troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Genesys Cloud platform and associated tools.
• Experience working with PBX architecture and call center systems.

Preferred Skills

• Genesys Cloud CX Professional, Architect, and Scripting certifications.
• Genesys Engage certifications.
