Description

You will design and develop secure enterprise applications using Java and .NET technologies.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop secure REST APIs and web services using Spring Boot and ASP.NET Core.
• Implement authentication, authorization, encryption, and vulnerability remediation for public-facing applications.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and apply DevSecOps practices for cloud-based deployment.
• Produce technical documentation and implementation plans for complex system changes.
• Optimize relational database performance and manage source control workflows.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in enterprise software development and object-oriented design.
• Proficiency in Java enterprise development, including Spring Framework and Spring Boot.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft .NET technologies, including C#, .NET 8/10+, ASP.NET Core, Web API, and MVC.
• Experience with relational database design, SQL development, and performance optimization.
• Knowledge of application security principles, including OWASP, secure coding, and input validation.
• Familiarity with cloud-based application deployment, preferably on Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with source control, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating payment gateways or handling sensitive financial data.
• Familiarity with PCI DSS, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, or OWASP ASVS.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Claude Code.
