Description

Lead the design and delivery of scalable, high-availability software solutions using Java-based architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design microservices and serverless architectures using established design patterns.
• Drive technical decision-making across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Create high-level and low-level design documentation for complex systems.
• Mentor engineering teams and collaborate with client architects to define technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software architecture and development.
• Expertise in Java, J2EE, and Spring Batch.
• Hands-on experience with Hibernate, JPA, JDBC, and Struts.
• Proficiency with Apache Tomcat and JSP.
• Strong knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA).
• Ability to implement performance tuning and database design.
• Proven experience in technical team leadership and remote team collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Spring Boot and web application development.
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
