Description

You will lead the architectural design and technical direction of Java-based systems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design scalable backend systems using Java 11 and Spring Boot 3+.
• Lead and mentor engineering teams through complex technical implementations.
• Manage cloud infrastructure and deployment workflows within GCP.
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of cloud-native applications and services.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in software architecture and design.
• Expertise in Java 11 and Spring Boot 3+.
• Hands-on experience with GCP services including Cloud Run and Cloud Functions.
• Proficiency with GCP Cloud Storage and Pub/Sub.
• Experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools including Tekton and Cloud Build.
• Experience working with Postgres databases.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
