Description

You will design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions using Java, Spring, and Microservices on AWS. You own the full software development life cycle, from coding to deployment and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop applications using Java, Spring, and Spring Boot within an Agile environment.
• Implement and manage AWS infrastructure using EKS, ECS, Lambda, and Terraform.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade software to resolve coding issues and bugs.
• Monitor and secure environments using Datadog, AWS Security groups, and AWS MSK.
• Manage build and deployment pipelines using Jenkins.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software development experience.
• Proficiency in Java, Spring, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with AWS technologies including EKS, ECS, Fargate, Lambda, S3, RDS, and Aurora Postgres.
• Experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code.
• Experience with AWS MSK (Kafka), AWS logging, and monitoring via Datadog.
• Proficiency with build and deployment tools such as Jenkins.
• Experience working within Scrum Agile methodologies.
• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• AWS Developer or Solutions Architect certification.
• NoSQL database experience with DynamoDB, MongoDB, or Cassandra.
