Description

You will own L2/L3 production support and BAU operations for the PTR application, handling incident triage, problem management, bug fixes, and regulatory enhancements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Triage incidents and manage problem resolution in an enterprise production environment.
• Develop and maintain Java services using Spring, Spring Boot, and messaging infrastructure like Kafka.
• Execute ad-hoc report generation, data extracts, and security/vulnerability fixes (TLM/FARM).
• Maintain and troubleshoot Kubernetes, AWS Glue, S3, Lambda, and EKS services.
• Implement regression testing, TDD, and CI/CD practices using JUnit, Mockito, and Cucumber.

Required Skills

• 8+ years applied experience with Java; some Python and Bash scripting.
• Expertise in Spring and Spring Boot frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with container technologies like Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in relational databases (Postgres/Oracle) and in-depth SQL knowledge.
• Experience with at least one messaging infrastructure (e.g., Kafka).
• Hands-on cloud exposure: AWS Glue, S3, Lambda, EKS.
• Experience in Splunk log analysis and incident troubleshooting.

Preferred Skills

• Data engineering background with Apache Spark and Airflow job development.
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases like DynamoDB.
