Description

You will design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and RESTful APIs. You own the full lifecycle from code implementation to troubleshooting technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable backend services using Java.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code following established standards.
• Collaborate with frontend developers and product managers to implement requirements.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues within the system.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to the team.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Java development and the Java ecosystem.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases including MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
• Solid foundation in Computer Science fundamentals: Data structures, Algorithms, Operating Systems, Networking, and Databases.
• Experience or deep understanding of Large Scale Distributed Systems at internet scale.
• Proven ability to build and maintain RESTful APIs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
