Description

You will build and maintain mission-critical, large-scale, high-volume distributed enterprise applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop RESTful and SOAP web services using Spring Framework and Spring Boot.
• Design scalable, available, and distributed technologies for high-volume data publishing and consumption.
• Manage data streaming workflows using Apache Kafka.
• Write JUnit test cases and perform code analysis, optimization, and performance testing.
• Coordinate with distributed teams to resolve cross-functional issues.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on experience developing large-scale enterprise applications with Java/J2EE.
• Strong proficiency in Java, object-oriented design, and standard design patterns (Creational, Behavioral, JEE).
• Extensive experience with Spring Framework and Spring Boot.
• Strong SQL skills including Oracle SQL/PLSQL and NoSQL experience with Cassandra.
• Proficiency with RESTful services and SOAP web services.
• Proficiency with Apache Kafka for data streaming.
• Hands-on experience with Maven, Git, Bitbucket, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience using Eclipse or IntelliJ IDEs, Splunk, and SOAP UI.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies, SDLC, and Test Driven Development (TDD).

Preferred Skills

• K knowledge of security best practices for cloud-based applications, including OAuth and JWT.
• Experience with DevOps practices and technical strategy development.
