Description

Design and develop enterprise-scale Java applications with a focus on cloud-native architectures and batch processing systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and GCP native services.
• Build and maintain large-scale batch processing environments and data aggregation models.
• Design and enforce IT security practices, including encryption, certificates, and key management.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and deployment orchestration using Docker, Kubernetes, and Jenkins.
• Collaborate with technical architects to define and apply design patterns across diverse technology platforms.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience, including 2+ years in Enterprise Architecture.
• Expertise in Java/J2EE, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
• Hands-on experience with GCP cloud-native development (GKE, GCE, BigQuery, Dataflow, DataProc, PubSub).
• Proficiency in relational databases (Oracle, MySQL, Postgres) and SQL tuning.
• Strong knowledge of DevOps tools: Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, Jenkins, Git/SVN, Maven.
• Experience with scripting in Python, Node.js, JavaScript, and Linux shell.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and testing frameworks (JUnit, TDD).

Preferred Skills

• Experience in financial services or Big Data technologies (Spark, Hadoop).
• Knowledge of IAM design, OAuth, and RESTful API security.
