Lead application development, define architectural standards, and drive DevOps practices for scalable systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead software programming, documentation, and component design for assigned modules.
• Establish architectural best practices and drive DevOps implementation including CI/CD and automated testing.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and design patterns.
• Mentor junior team members on technical best practices and object-oriented design.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of technical experience with strong analytical background.
• 5+ years of proven experience as a Lead Developer or in a similar leadership role.
• Extensive experience with Java, SOA, and Microservices architecture.
• Proficiency with REST/SOAP Web Services and JSON/XML data formats.
• Hands-on experience with Node.js, JavaScript, and Angular or React.
• Experience working with Docker containers and AWS.
• Experience with GitHub pipelines for continuous integration and deployment.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented programming and design patterns like MVVM.

Preferred Skills

• Certified AWS Solutions Architect.
• Experience with CSS styling and UI/UX design.
