What's the Job?

• Design, develop, and support sophisticated systems that power client segmentation, preferences, and experiences using event-driven architecture, APIs, batch processing, and eligibility frameworks.
• Understand business needs, conduct research on potential solutions, and recommend optimal technical approaches.
• Create clear architectural diagrams, develop software code, and automate testing scripts to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Lead solution discovery efforts, craft designs based on engineering principles, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including offshore stakeholders, to build resilient and scalable solutions aligned with organizational goals.

What's Needed?

• 6+ years of experience with Java, Spring framework, cloud development, and Web Services (REST, SOAP) supporting high-volume transactions.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI coding assistants like GitHub Copilot or Claude Code, and familiarity with AI tools used across the SDLC.
• 2+ years of experience with modernized batch solutions such as Spring Batch or Spring Cloud Data Flow.
• 3+ years of experience working with cloud deployment models (AWS, GCP, PCF) and CI/CD pipelines using tools like Bamboo or Bitbucket.
• Experience with modern databases like PostgreSQL, Aerospike, or relational databases compatible with cloud environments
