Description

Lead the design and implementation of low latency services and end-to-end system architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead the discovery phase for medium to large projects to define high-level designs.
• Manage a group of 3 to 4 engineers on assigned engineering projects.
• Execute data feeds ingestion and orchestration.
• Troubleshoot business and production issues.
• Develop processes and best practices to drive project execution.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Java and back-end development.
• Expertise in Java, Microservices, and REST.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka.
• Experience working with NoSQL databases.
• Solid knowledge of Java fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms.
• Proven track record working on large, complex projects.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with eCommerce applications.
