Description

Build and maintain scalable microservices using Java and Spring Boot, owning end-to-end delivery with minimal direction.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Write clean, effective code and lead code reviews to ensure best practices.
• Design and implement system architecture across all components.
• Configure software and optimize processes through automation.
• Collaborate within large teams using Agile development methodologies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Java development.
• Extensive experience with Microservices architecture.
• Proficiency with the Spring Boot framework.
• Hands-on experience with Git for source control.
• Strong understanding of Agile development lifecycles.
• Experience with MSSQL database queries.
• Knowledge of Kafka or other streaming technologies.
• Experience using Splunk and Dynatrace for monitoring.
• Ability to work on-site in Berkeley Heights, NJ.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with Cloud technology.
• Experience with Containers and Kubernetes (K8s).
