Description

You will own the full software lifecycle for core products, from design to production support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and support software products across all lifecycle phases.
• Conduct technical analysis, design, and prepare documentation for software stories.
• Write unit and functional tests to meet coverage goals and minimize production escapes.
• Collaborate with UX and business teams to design and incorporate user interfaces.
• Resolve production issues and respond to on-call pages within 15 minutes to maintain SLAs.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in Java.
• Experience with system, performance, volume, and stress testing.
• Proven track record of delivering quality solutions through the full software lifecycle.
• Ability to estimate story sizes and manage development tasks.
• Experience supporting user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Ability to work independently and provide technical leadership within your domain.
