Description

Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable customer operations and support applications. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of applications using Java and the Spring ecosystem.
• Deploy and manage containerized workloads using Kubernetes.
• Monitor application performance and optimize system health using AppDynamics and Datadog.
• Solve complex technical problems within customer operations and support environments.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expertise in Java, Spring, and Spring Boot.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (K8S) for container orchestration.
• Proficiency with AppDynamics and Datadog for monitoring.
• Proven track record in a Lead Developer role or similar leadership capacity.
• Experience developing and deploying applications at scale.
• Background working on customer operations or support applications.

• Any Graduate degree.
